Oleksii Arestovich, adviser to the Office of the President of Ukraine from December 2020 to January 2023, gained notoriety for his daily briefings on the war since the start of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine. In March 2022, Arestovich made the prediction that the war would be over in May, when he predicted Russia would run out of resources for the war effort.
