Amnesty International report

Amnesty International's 2022 report came under criticism for its comments about Ukraine (link to news article below). The report accused Ukraine of violating international law surrounding the use of civilian infrastructure during war. Memes about this report imply either elitist condescension from Amnesty International toward the plight of Ukraine, or that Amnesty International believes that Ukraine should not defend itself against Russian attacks.
