Crocus City Hall attack

On March 22, 2024 a popular Moscow concert venue Crocus City Hall was attacked by assailants with guns and explosives. ISIS has claimed responsibility for the attack that left at least 40 dead and more than 100 wounded. This happened during the concert of a musical group Picnic. Putin and Russian propaganda claimed that Ukraine (and not ISIS) was behind it and that after the attack the terrorists were heading for Ukraine to get their payment there. Many memes on the subject are mocking this claim.
