SUCHO Meme Wall “The dying hole”
“The dying hole” (Ukr. помиральна яма) is a memetic phrase that became popular in February 2025. It was originally mentioned in the animated film Madagascar, where a giraffe says: “We go over to the dying holes, and we die” in case there is trouble. The image of willingly heading for the dying hole came to mock the defeatist mood and passive approach to the war’s grave circumstances.
