Oleksii Arestovich, adviser to the Office of the President of Ukraine from December 2020 to January 2023, gained notoriety for his daily briefings on the war since the start of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine (link to his Wikipedia page below). Memes involving Arestovich will often praise him for his role in information dissemination, or they will invoke his language of 2–3 something (weeks, days, money, etc.), given his March 2022 prediction that the war will be over in 2–3 weeks.
