SUCHO Meme Wall Budanov (Kyrylo)
Kyrylo Budanov has been the Chief of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine since August 2020 (link to his Wikipedia page below). Part of his work includes the organization of secret missions against the Russian army. Memes about Budanov will often point to seemingly unrelated occurrences, such as the shark attack of a Russian tourist in Egypt in 2023, with the implication that Budanov was behind the event. He is also often invoked alongside other Ukrainian military leaders. Budanov’s signature calmness and imperturbability are often used in memes for comic effect.
