Hrynkevych (Roman)

Roman Grinkevich is a Ukrainian businessman and the son of Igor Grinkevich, a prominent businessman from Lviv. Until 2024, Igor was one of the largest suppliers to the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense. However, he is now suspected of embezzling funds from the Armed Forces.According to investigations, the operations of Igor's companies allegedly caused losses of 1.2 billion Ukrainian hryvnias to the state budget and disrupted the supply of clothing and linens to the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The products that were delivered are claimed to have failed to meet quality standards, as confirmed by examination results.Roman Grinkevich is one of five individuals suspected of participating in this alleged scheme. He was detained in January 2024 and is currently in custody. Law enforcement officials also indicate that Roman intended to flee the country.
