SUCHO Meme Wall Kadyrov
Ramzan Kadyrov has been the leader of Chechnya, a republic within Russia, since 2007 (link to his Wikipedia page below). He has been a vocal supporter of Russian President Vladimir Putin and Russia’s full-scale war against Ukraine. Memes about Kadyrov will often place him in the context of other supporters of the Russian cause, and many will highlight his full-throated support of increased violence in Ukraine. Some memes refer to Kadyrov by his nickname “Don-don”, resulting from his frequent use of Chechen filler word “don” while speaking Russian.
