Will Smith is an American actor and musician (link to his Wikipedia page below). During the Academy Awards in March 2022, Smith walked onto the stage and slapped presenter Chris Rock because of Rock’s jokes about Jada Pinkett-Smith, Will Smith’s wife. Images of the slap immediately became a popular meme on many platforms.
