SUCHO Meme Wall Yanukovych (Viktor)
Viktor Yanukovych was the president of Ukraine from 2010 until 2014’s Revolution of Dignity (link to his Wikipedia page below). He has lived in exile in Russia since 2014. There were rumors that Russia sought to install Yanukovych as president in the event of Russia’s success in capturing Kyiv. In March 2022, Yanukovych asked Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to stop resisting Russia’s invasion, and memes will mock this pronouncement through a phonetic transcription of the Russian command for “stop.” Memes will also place Yanukovych alongside Russian President Vladimir Putin and Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko.
