SUCHO Meme Wall Zorkin (Valery)
Valery Zorkin has been the chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation since 2003 (link to his Wikipedia page below). In May 2023, Zorkin met with Russian President Vladimir Putin and showed him a 17th-century French map of eastern Europe as supposed proof of the claim that Ukraine did not exist before the Soviet Union. Memes immediately arose in the aftermath of this stunt mocking the meeting and its conclusions.
