Swallow’s nest

The Swallow’s Nest is an early 20th-century decorative castle in Crimea that featured heavily in Soviet films. Memes involving this building often feature the superimposing of signs for Ukrainian commercial brands on the facade, showing that the castle, like all of Crimea, will once again be under Ukrainian control. Memes of this type appeared most heavily after explosions in occupied Crimea.
