Memes about Belarus often invoke the country in partnership with Russia, which has used territory in Belarus as a staging ground for troops in its invasion of Ukraine. Several memes also present Ukraine and Belarus both as victims of Russia, albeit these memes tend to use the flag of the Belarusian opposition (a white background with a horizontal red bar going through the middle).
